Shiloh Petersen
Founder, Lead Teacher
Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary
Shiloh started dancing at the age of three, where she trained for five years at St. Louis Ballet, then moved to Dallas TX where she attended Chamberlain School of Ballet and Ballet Academy of Texas. As a teen, she moved to Fort Wayne IN where she trained at Fort Wayne Ballet, Pure Dance Works, and Reverie Dance Studio. She's had an extensive pre-professional ballet career, studying under names like Gen Horriuchi, Kathy Chamberlain, Lisa Slagle, Karen Gibbons-Brown, Natalia Vyeshanko, and Nurzhan Kulybaev, and is certified in the American Ballet Theater National Training Curriculum, levels pre-primary through level 3, and LeapNLearn. She's performed in many full ballet productions such as the Nutcracker and Cinderella and has choreographed for multiple colleges, studios, and theaters. Now she has relocated once more to Belmont NC where she is a student at Belmont Abbey College, working towards a double major in Great Books and Interdisciplinary Dance Management. She's passionate about providing a safe, healthy and enjoyable atmosphere for her students so she can pass down her love of dance to them, while also pushing their boundaries and encouraging them to always learn more.


Lola Butler
Ballet, Modern
Lola has been dancing since she was three, starting out at Nashville Ballet as a young child, and then danced at The Children’s Ballet Theater located in Tennessee from ages 7-18. She grew up taking Ballet and Modern, as well as some Jazz, Contemporary, and Choreography classes. Lola has performed in several ballets and modern choreography showcases, as well as in The Nutcracker a total of eight times. In her later years at TCBT she taught and assisted modern classes and younger ballet classes, as well as a pre-pointe class. She currently dances at Belmont Abbey College, where she is majoring in Education, with minors in Dance and Theology. Lola is the oldest girl of seven and absolutely loves working with kids. She is so grateful for the opportunity to work and grow with everyone!


Ally Witkowski
Musical Theater
Ally did competitive cheerleading and hip hop for over 15 years, competing and placing at multiple national championships, and even competing at the Dance Worlds in 2012 and 2016. She has always loved performing, and continued dancing at Belmont Abbey while she was in college and even now as an Abbey Alumni and stay at home mom! Ally loves to perform and choreograph for both musical theater and hip hop dance. She is so excited to share her passion with her students!
